Job Description
- Answer telephone calls.
- Provide good customer service.
- Listen carefully to the problems of the clients and solve it.
- Source and interview applicants.
- Give some tips on how to pass the interviews as well as the exams.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a High school graduate.
- College undergrads and graduates are also accepted.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Above average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good attention to details.
- Has an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong planning skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Computer literate.
- Can type at least 25 wpm.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients.
- Willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
