Job Description
Position description:
- Work closely with the Team Leader to manage operations of 15 team members
- Manage NPS (Net Promoter Score) metric performance of 15 team members.
- Work closely with the Team Leader to manage operations and communications up to clients (internal and external).
- Handle escalation calls as needed and identify training or product / policy improvement needs. Guide CCP's on the Best / First call resolution behavior. Be a backup for the Team Leader in his / her absence.
- Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests such as queue calls (Phone), e-mails, or client tracking databases whichever is necessary.
- Researching and troubleshooting issues using available tools. To direct and lead team members to identify and suggest resolutions and/or process improvements process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Finished at least 2nd year college
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years overall experience in the BPO/call center industry
- Experienced in handling US Telco Accounts.
- Experienced in coaching
- Good Communication skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Independent Decision Making Capabilities
- Strong people management Skills
- All candidates should have “Sprint” experience.
