Job Description
- Involves in developing business and marketing plans;
- Propose development pipelines for the current and future plans of the company;
- Draft and submit business proposals;
- Assist in Land Acquisition;
- Handles negotiations and resolve difficult issues with Business Partners;
- Schedule a meeting with business partners and possible investors;
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Leasing Groups;
- To do research on current market and for possible ventures;
- Role may include other special projects;
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be graduate of any Business course or equivalent;
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus;
- Must have good negotiation and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal/PR and analytical skills is a must for this position;
- Willing to do field works if the need arises;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
