Job Description
- To monitor and check the monthly Billing Notice/Statement of account for rental projects.
- To monitor the Master List of all rental accounts.
- To consolidate monthly accounts for collection (AFC) and collection report of rental projects.
- To review and check prepared EWT report and RFP for GERI, TLC and OPI.
- To review and sign the checklist for Transfer of Title.
- To assist and monitor the in and out of clients folder.
- To ensure the availability and completeness of the scanned documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS - Accountancy
- With at least 3years experience in the related field
- Must be a CPA
