Site electrical Engineer  

• Establishes and maintains all project engineering files such as testing and commissioning results, as ‑ built drawings, shop drawing approval and material sample approval.
• Regular inspection and monitoring of all project sites to ascertain that the work is being undertaken in conformity with plans, specifications and related contract documents and acceptable engineering standards.
• Prepares technical reports, submit weekly and monthly inspection report.
• Checks, evaluates and confirms quantities and prices for extra works and other variation orders claimed by the contractor.
• Performs quantity and cost estimate and initiate preparation of necessary requisition of OFM.
• Inspects safety measures taken by the Contractor
• Supervise sampling and testing of materials when necessary, promptly reporting test results to those concerned.
• Checks, evaluates and recommends Contractor’s progress billing and time extension if there is any.
• Confers and coordinates with the Design Consultants when clarifications, drawings and other related documents become necessary.
• Assists the Contractor in the interpretation of the Contract Documents.
• Reviews plans and documents made by external planners, designers and consultants.
• Prepares engineering plans and drawings for minor or small projects of the company:
• Lightning Power Design and Computations
• Fire Detection and Security Design
• Telecommunication Design

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
• must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• Computer literate; Knowledge in AutoCAD

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Electrical Design and Auxiliary is required for this position.
• Willing to be assigned in OUT OF TOWN projects.
