Sr. site Geodetic Engineer  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts reconnaissance survey on prospective projects to existing survey reference points such as private and public monuments, perimeter fences & general conditions on site.
• Conducts topographic surveys on site taking into consideration, the existing structures and buildings, perimeter fences, ground summits and depression, existing path walks and roads.
• Assist in the generation subdivision scheme based on topographic map in accordance to existing local ordinance and HLURB Laws.
• Evaluates subdivision scheme or plan bases on the actual condition on site, taking into consideration the feasibility and economic aspect and make necessary recommendations.
• Conducts construction surveys on site drainage and waterline installations, perimeter fence, riprapping works, concreate pavemets etc.
• Conducts joint surveys with contractors for pre-construction verification, during construction and post construction verification.
• Compute for volumes of earth moving,cutting, filling and disposal of excess excavated material, verify contractor's claims of earth moving volumes.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowlegeable in using surveying instruments.
• Field of Expertise: Land Development Survey, Building line and grade.
• Willing to be assigned at OUT OF TOWN PROJECT.
