Job Description
- Design and plan spaces for all interior design aspects, choose /design furniture, color themes, curtain fabrics among others which are outside the scope of consultants works.
- Involved with projects pertaining to interior aspects required.
- Assist in approving interior materials specifications, brands and workmanship, assist in its sourcing, request, material sample and mood brands, suggest lighting fixtures and its effect and coordinate with Architectural designer in integrating the intent of the design concepts.
- Shall come up with creative concept plans and ideas and to be manifested in AUTOCAD and 3D Sketch-up or LUMION renderings for presentation and approval purposes.
- Furnish bid documents for construction implementation whenever applicable.
- Assist in evaluating works of Interior Design Consultants.
- Attend coordination/site meetings as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and work independently to meet commitments.
- Skills required: AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up.
- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in OUT OF TOWN PROJECTS.
