Job Description
- Monitors all specifications and verifies Purchase Requisitions of Materials, Supplies and Services (PRMSS) and Material Requisition and Canvass Sheets (MRCS) submitted by requesting party and sees to it that is duly signed by authorized signatories.
- Receives all incoming and outgoing documents of Procurement and Purchasing Department.
- Coordinate with Construction Managers, Site Engineer, Consultants and Contractors/ Suppliers as may be assigned.
- Monitor Purchase Orders and ensure that all pertinent terms and conditions are clearly detailed and documented.
- Monitor down payment and other terms of payment of suppliers’ concern.
- Prepare and submit monitoring record of delivery schedule for all local suppliers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree: Civil Engineering or any Engineering Course.
- Must be an effective team player, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to adjust in a fast-paced working environment and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Pro-active and trainable.
- 1 year experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in OUT OF TOWN project.
