Site Engineer (Civil)  

• Full time inspection and monitoring to ascertain that the work is being undertaken in conformity with plans, specifications and related contract documents and acceptable engineering standards.
• Prepares and submits weekly and monthly progress report of construction.
• Checks, validates and confirms quantities and prices for extra works and other variation orders claimed by the contractor and trade contractors.
• Performs quantity and cost estimates and initiate preparation of the necessary requisition of Owner Supplied Materials.
• Inspect safety measures taken by the Contractor.
• Supervise sampling and testing of materials when necessary, promptly reporting test results to those concerned. Check, in the company of the Contractor, Design Consultant and other concerned, testing of different service utilities and other installation.
• Checks, evaluates, and recommends Contractor's progress billings and time extension if there is any.
• Check, review and recommend approval of as-built drawing submitted by the contractor.
• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering , preferably with PRC License.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Has exposure on Horizontal and Vertical construction industry.
• Project management skills, negotiation skills, organisation skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Willing to be assigned in OUT OF TOWN PROJECTS.
