Job Description

  • Administer issue, organize and maintain current and Historical Master Document files.
  • Continuously update documents such as Tenant Movement Updates, Inspection Reports, Project Turn-Over and all related documents pertaining to QC files.
  • Assist QC PCG Head to double check all documents prior to the billing clearance.
  • Assist the QC PCG Head in coordinating with other departments.
  • Assist the QC PCG Head in acquiring various documents prior to turn over of projects.(Lot Plans, As Built Plan, FCD, Permits, Certificates, and Licenses etc., Legal Documents, As Built plan, FCD for Model House, As Built Plan, FCD for Amenities.
  • Update all Project Turn-over and Request for Site Inspection monitoring.
  • Update and follow-up all PR Requested by QC Engineers on site.
  • Update all assets and accountability of all employees under the QC Department.
  • Prepares the Notices of Turn-over to Clients to be signed by the Turn-over Group Head.
  • Consolidates all Turn-over acceptances.
  • Updates regularly the master file of cash flow of the Qc Department Fund.
  • Strictly monitors and check the requirements of Cash Advances, Petty Cash prior to endorsement.
  • Assist the QC-PCG Head I conducting company activities that will motivate all employees.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Knowledgeable in technical documentation and MS Office Application.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Customer Service Oriented.
