- Primarily responsible for the supervision of the efficient and effective delivery of HR services in covered companies in accordance with the Autohub philosophy and policies on manpower resources and in areas of recruitment and selection, orientation, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science major in Psychology or related field with training on administration, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration supplemented by training on Human Resource Management
- With at least five (5) years of relevant experience, (2) years of which are in a supervisor capacity
- Must be willing to work in a 6-day work week schedule (flexible work arrangement available)
- Must be willing to work at Global City, Taguig and/or Quezon City
