Job Description
- Will be responsible to the supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the entire car dealership in partnership with the Brand General Manager to ensure that it is properly aligned with the strategic and policy direction of the dealer and Autohub Group and in conformity with the plant's requirements and standards.
- Ensures achievement of sales and service quota
- Monitors operational expenses
- Monitors personnel performance and its adherence to company's policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- 7 years of related experience, 5 years of which in a managerial capacity
- Preferably has experience in the automotive industry
- Has skills in business management (sales and aftersales)
- Has skills in people management, customer handling, and financial analysis
