Job Description
Primarily responsible in interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. He/She is also responsible for:
- Customer Service Support
- Administrative Supervision
- Service Sales Generation Support
- Database Supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a 4 year course graduate;
- With at least 6 months relevant work experience in Customer Service;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work at BGC, Taguig City
