Job Description
- Will be one of the project champion for process improvement projects
- Reviews critical processes of different companies and business units
- Conducts process audit to check adherence of current practice with the requirements and standards set by the management, brand distributor, and other regulating bodies
- Documents standard processes of different business units of the organization
- Coordinates with organization heads and key personnel in designing and developing process standards and procedures for new companies and policies
- Supports the development of manual operations being developed by companies and business units
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management, Service Operations Engineering, and other related course
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in project management, process improvement and process compliance checking/evaluation
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
