Job Description
Overall in-charge of Service Management for Nissan Taytay Service:
- QSS/PMS, GJ, and BP services management;
- Service revenue in peso sales per RO per month;
- Workshop Efficiency, Finished RO Releasing efficiency, Service Bay utilization rate;
- Compliance to Plant/Manufacturer, AUTOHUB/Company Aftersales standards, 5S, etc;
- Administrative supervision over personnel;
Minimum Qualifications
- With bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or any related course;
- With at least five (5) years experience in automotive aftersales;
- Must have demonstrated skills in Workshop/Service Management;
- Preferably knowledgeable on Database Management System;
- Amenable to work in Taytay Rizal;
