Primarily responsible for ensuring the overall daily HR functions and activities of all HR assistants under his/her supervision are executed effectively and efficiently. The job entails smooth and constant coordination and communication with the rest of the departments within the organization in ensuring that all HR related matters and/or activities are delivered and met. HR Supervisor will work closely with the HR/Admin Manager on the effective dissemination and implementation of HR policies and procedures including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience, three (3) of which are in a supervisory capacity
- Can do general job in HR
