Job Description
- To ensure, safe handling and maintenance of transport of all the companies’ materials and truck units.
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of the cargo to be transported to Clients and/or intercompany Sites.
- Assures proper maintenance of the truck and other Delivery Vehicles.
- Assures all materials are safely delivered and transported.
- Assist (if needed) in Warehouse and Delivery in maintaining proper stocking and warehousing.
- Checks daily, truck official documents, like OR, CR, DR, COA, Drivers License, etc prior to departure
- Ensures all delivered materials are labeled with proper documentation.
- Performs simple maintenance procedures on assigned Delivery Vehicles.
- Maintains cleanliness and operational state of the Delivery Vehicle.
- Documents and logs work/ rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/ toll receipts.
- Complies with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Collects and verifies delivery instructions
- Reports defects, accidents, or violations in real-time.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Undergraduate/ Vocational course/High School Graduate
2. At least 1-5 years experience as a truck driver or the likes
3. Professional Driver's License (123)
4. Decisive, With a sharp sense to detect defects, Resourceful, Physically fit, hardworking, with initiative, Faithful, Self-discipline
