Supervises the whole operation of the Production Department and monitors and coordinates with other departments to make sure that all plant equipment is properly working in a timely manner. Reports to Business Unit Head on a day-to-day operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Roves in the whole process area.
- Checks all the parameters.
- Reviews the production logbook.
- Monitors of all plant equipment.
- Checks the total production and report it to the BUH.
- Checks of plant performance.
- Monitors the product quality.
- Gives instruction to Sr. process specialist for some adjustment needed.
- Observes any changes in the production.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Vocational/ College Graduate
2. At least 6 months to 1 yr of experience
3. Knowledgeable on operating equipment
4. Have knowledge on rotating equipment.
5. Have knowledge on utility equipment.
6. Interpersonal skills
7. Observation skills
8. Time management skills
9. Troubleshoot/Repairing.
10. Diagnosed Issues
11. Provide accurate solution
