Job Description
- Serves as the official key holder.
- Good record keeping; BIR Book of Sales, Deposit Log book, Trans in/out documents, handling of Petty Cash & supporting docs for replenishment must be complete and tally.
- Compute figures from records, such as production records, sales orders or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Maintains awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
- Keeps track of stock that moves in and out of a particular location, popularly referred to as a stockroom.
- Maintaining the order of stock rooms by receiving, unpacking, and inspecting merchandise as it arrives.
- Performs the Cycle Audit (CAD) in assigned items daily.
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of merchandise, or supplies stocked in store and posts totals to inventory records.
- Is proficient in the use of the Gigahertz inventory system and can use it to prepare a list of fast moving and slow moving items and recommends survey for aging, defective or unusable items.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and efficiently operate cash registers.
- Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, delivery itinerary records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Prepares reports, such as online and offline inventory balance, monthly sales and audit, price lists and timekeeping.
- Ensures sufficient money at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Processing of payment for government requirements such as monthly and quarterly permits
Minimum Qualifications
- Honesty: Being honest to deposit cash sales to the bank and record documents for reimbursement of petty cash. Can monitor of stock that moves in and out of a particular location popularly referred as a stockroom and also is customarily relied upon to track the movement of an item in her charge in order to avoid loss of sales and prevent transaction delays.
- Take charge of up-to-date recording of all sales transaction in the internal system (EBT), in journals (BIR, petty cash, and supplies) and inventory reports. Can receive stocks, unpacking, inspect merchandise as it arrives and verifies computer data with the physical count of stock. Knowledgeable in Sales Invoice permits display and permits renewal. She can read and check billings, submit documents (sales invoice, rentals, telephone bills, petty cash report, and a manual slip of credit cards) with the specific period of time. Able to make reports with regards to the inventory balances, defective items, shortage, and price list.
- Gigacated: Committed to doing the duties and responsibilities, not just with the given position or function but one can be flexible in any situations. She can exhibit patience and sometimes restraint when dealing with upset customers.
- Be reachable: Can perform good communication skills such as in dealing with the customers, answering phone calls, emails, complaints, and can handle feedbacks from the customers.
