Accounting Staff  

Accounting Staff are COMMITTED to reviewing and maintaining accounting records, bank accounts and credit accounts using accounting spreadsheets and databases. They also review invoices and reconcile account statements, investigate any discrepancies and generate financial reports.

PROACTIVE to prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standard.

ACCOUNTABLE to prepare and filing government purposes and liable in monitoring operating expenses, creating check voucher, and also releasing and receiving payment.

Accounting staff love to work with numbers, will create a report and show initiative to meet a deadline to be a PROACTIVE member , willing to help the source branch and do other task like MISSION POSIBLE in solving problems, submitting the report on time, checking and monitoring daily sales, monitoring of cash flow.

ACCOUNTABLE to preparing timely reports and statements, such as detailed cost and financial analysis, forecasts and projections reflecting interrelationships of accounting data; prepares or assists in preparation of special accounting studies.

HONESTO is the main qualification on handling money, releasing payment to supplier, help cut down on bank trips with free direct deposit, keep all your financial records up to date and accurate with INTEGRITY.

BE REACHABLE in giving meaningful information, allowing management to make good decision.
