Job Description
II.What are the Customer Service Head’s Scope and Responsibilities?
The Customer Service Head is main responsible in assuring the customer satisfaction from receiving to releasing of customer units. He is responsible in taking charge in any position in the absence of Service Logistics Officer, CSR and Technician. He is responsible in creating and developing measures to prevent unsatisfactory claims from Customer. He is responsible in communicating to customer in any means in case of any unsatisfactory claims in the Service.
Service logistics Officer Main Duties and Responsibilities Measureable in KPI:
- Deplete the target queued quantity for the Diagnosis and Repair per day
- Create parts request for the for the target quantity of diagnosed units per day
- Prepare and return the defective parts of the target unit for repair per day.
- Achieve the target TAT for parts request per unit / JO
- Submit the necessary report to vendor at the given deadline
- Submit the necessary report on operation status report to HO
- Submit the inventory status report of parts and tools.
Technician Main Duties and Responsibilities Measureable in KPI:
- Achieve the Target Turnaround time for the Diagnosis and Repair of mobile phone, tablet and laptop
- Complete processing of the target quantity of units for diagnosis and repair per day
- Submit daily report of diagnosis and repair status
Customer Service Representative Main Duties and Responsibilities Measureable in KPI:
- Achieve the daily target receiving of customer for service
- Achieve the Creation of JO / RMA to all the received units for service per day
- Achieve the target number of customer for feedback of diagnosed and repaired units per day
Minimum Qualifications
I. What are the Customer Service Head’s Qualifications?
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service operation
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Technician on Mobile phones, Tablet and Laptop
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service Representative or related position
- At least 1-2 years of experience as supervisor or assistant manager in service centre or related position
- Must be knowledgeable in standard repairing process for Mobile phone, tablet and laptop
- Must be knowledgeable in different parts of Mobile phone, tablet and laptop
- Accustomed in preparing report regarding daily operation
- Must be knowledgeable in 5S application and organizing work load
- Customer Oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision
