Marketing Manager  

You will be responsible for:

1. Develop and drive assigned country CRM marketing strategies that includes In-App Pushes, EDM content and implementation
2. Manage and support local Community management with day-to-day marketing planning and tasks
3. Track, report, analyze on ongoing campaign performance and analytics and suggest improvements
4. Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications strategies, be capable of presenting findings to key stakeholders
5. Create new metrics, advanced analytics, visualization and reports to help teams across the organization make data driven decisions.
6. Support a series of ongoing marketing reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
7. Lead communication with key partners, from briefing through to execution as required
8. Support inbound and outbound marketing execution to support BD team for lead and demand generation
9. Coordinating externally facing communications, including marketing and sales message, PR, co-founder social media
10. Manage the marketing team and ensure that respective team OKRs are defined and targets are met

• Your role will be critical to the following company objectives:

1. Increasing utilization and engagement of our services by our existing users
2. Growing the number of users Gigacover has
3. Maintaining a healthy CAC while increasing CLTV
4. Improving Gigacover’s users’ brand loyalty and NPS among users
5. Increasing Gigacover’s brand awareness and mentions

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• To be considered for this position, you should have:
  3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience managing acquisition or retention at a growth-stage start-up (B2C or B2B2C marketing preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Deep experience in content, EDM and social media marketing
• Deep experience in utilizing common digital marketing tools, including CRM (MailChimp, CleverTap, etc.,), WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords and Instagram
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
