We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Lead with a compelling personality and relentless drive to close and acquire new business opportunities and drive more revenue for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will:
- Support the Country Manager in developing our B2B playbook
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from pipeline identification, prospecting, initial contact, meeting and presentations, pitch, negotiation and closing
- Demonstrate effective sales strategies and techniques to attract, expand and retain customer relationships
- Expand acquisition and sales client numbers and total premiums as well as revenue
- Build and maintain partners and clients from which to identify new sales leads and increase value to existing customers.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
We are looking for:
- A hustler with 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development and / or in related fields.
- Quick learner with a roll up your sleeves attitude.
- Having worked in start-ups is a MUST.
- Background in employee benefits, Insurance, financial services, and / or HR solutions is a plus.
- A proven track records in hitting sales targets
- Demonstrated strategic orientation and tactical business sense
- Experience in launching new products or new businesses
- Strong planning and execution skills: able to multi-task and manage several projects or clients concurrently with minimum supervision
- Persuasive and convincing communications skills, both oral and written
- Able to problem solve and resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively
- Data driven analytical skills
