Human Resource (HR) Officer  

The Human Resources Officer is expected to think strategically and creativity to provide solutions and fuel the Company culture through engagement projects and activities. Included in the tasks is the design, development, and delivery of strategic and operational Human Resource services of the company. He or she also spearheads recruitment and retention of talent that will contribute to the growth of Company. This person makes sure that the goals of the Company for its people are being implemented.

Principal Accountabilities

• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of strategic and operational Human Resource
• Carry out direct end-to-end recruitment, from pooling of candidates to on-boarding
• Provide guidance, coaching and advice to employees and team heads on any professional concern.
• Maintains an up-to-date and accurate staff records and filing system. Create reports as needed.
• Organize company engagement activities.

• Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• 1 - 2 years experience in the industry
• Excellent problem solving skills relevant for decision making
• Adept at the different HR facets such as recruitment, employee engagement/relations, and retention.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and Organized
• Able to work and communicate to people with diverse backgrounds
• Excellent Time Management
