Job Description

  • Respond to customers via email in a timely manner
  • Update information in different marketplaces when necessary
  • Make sure accounts ratings are in good health
  • Process and submit claims to shipper (to be assigned)
  • Able to finish task within the time frame given
  • Report completed task to supervisor
  • Daily Report sales report
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
  • Other task that may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Looking for home-base Customer Service for Amazon, Ebay, Qoo10, Lazada

  • At least College Level
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar in Online Shopping
  • Aggressive
  • Discipline and can work with little supervision
  • Good attitude
