Job Description
- Respond to customers via email in a timely manner
- Update information in different marketplaces when necessary
- Make sure accounts ratings are in good health
- Process and submit claims to shipper (to be assigned)
- Able to finish task within the time frame given
- Report completed task to supervisor
- Daily Report sales report
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
- Other task that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Looking for home-base Customer Service for Amazon, Ebay, Qoo10, Lazada
- At least College Level
- Good communication skills
- Familiar in Online Shopping
- Aggressive
- Discipline and can work with little supervision
