Job Description
- Oversee planning and management of construction projects.
- Review and audit structural integrity of existing properties.
- Assist in the planning, drafting and preparation of construction plans.
- Performs other related tasks that may be required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Civil Engineering; must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 3 years of working experience in handling construction projects.
- With knowledge in project management, construction techniques, and practices, building-related codes, and ordinances.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for construction control purposes.
- Detailed-oriented, excellent time management skills and good adherence to deadlines.
- Proficient in Engineering Softwares.
- With on-site construction experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna
