Job Description
- Responsible for replying emails to suppliers, agents or clients
- Coordination with the Airlines.
- Responsible for processing the refunds without any delay on a regular basis
- Visiting Supplier for status of refund and for collections
- Attending calls concerns and give updates
- Responsible in monitoring of refunds status.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Tourism or Accounting Gradaute
- With minimum of 1 or year working experience
- Must be knowledgeable in using Sabre or Amadeus System
- Must be a Self-starter
- Willing to do a field work in visiting the suppliers office on a weekly basis and calling the suppliers and Airlines
- Must be goal oriented
- Must be good in computation
- Can work under pressure
- With minimum supervision
