Job Description
- Work as a Company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies
- Prepare weekly status reports and fulfils other responsibilities as may be required by the management.
- Ensures smooth and efficient department operations
- Ensures complete and updated requirements and objectives set by the embassies and effectively communicate such information to concerned management
- Effective time management while doing liaison work through regular confirmation and gives proper information to the Office Manager.
- Prepares and files visa at different embassies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a High School Graduate of any Vocational Course
- With have at least relevant experience in visa processing or application
- Strong interpersonal skills, competent and highly motivated person
- You must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Knows how to handle Schengen Visa, Australian, China, Japan & Korean Visa.
- Can work with extended hours
- Can go with different embassies for submission of visa application
- Can work under pressure
- With background going to different embassies
- In charge of pick up and deliver documents/ application with specific embassies
