Job Description
- Monitors Sales’ reports.
- Monitors bookings and inquiries of Tour Package Department.
- Records supplier’s information to Tour Package database.
- Maintains database of travel agencies information.
- Updates social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter accounts.
- Updates banners on the BiyaheKo websites regarding tour packages promos and airline advisories.
- Coordinates promos and advisories from all local airlines.
- Coordinates advisories from the banks affiliated regarding system down time.
- Assists clients on social network accounts.
- Maintains Management Information System(MIS) of BiyaheKo.
- Assists the General Manager in all Sales requirements.
- Coordinates with the travel association for upcoming events that BiyaheKo can participate.
- Ensure all required documents/ paper works for contract renewal and up-selling businesses are complete and accurate.
- Accurately maintain records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Keen on details, very organized and systematic
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
- Active listening and good customer service orientation
- Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
- Proficient in MS excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
