Job Description
We are seeking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making showing property arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others, while willing to meet each challenge directly.
> Present in every property showing
> Providing real-time scheduling support by booking property showings and preventing conflicts.
> Using computers to generate reports, etc.
> Greet and assist visitors.
> Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
> Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
(Administrative Assistant will be under GH Heritage Realty, Inc.)
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Business Administration or any related course
With at least 1-2 years of experience as admin assistant or similar role
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Adaptability
Strong attention to detail
Preferably Male
