Job Description

We are seeking for a Marketing Specialist with a strategic vision to join our growing organization.

The Marketing Specialist's focus is to plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns in accordance with the overall company goals and vision. Using the full marketing mix, help create and promote the overall brand identity thru online relationship engagement on social media platforms and website. The Marketing Specialist is also responsible to track and measure of all marketing activities and ROI as well as to conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify and define audiences.

The goal is to reach out to the market and capture interest of the clients in ways that will strengthen our expertise and reputation.

(Marketing Specialist Role will be under GH Heritage Realty, Inc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing Management
With at least 2-3 years of proven experience as Marketing Executive, Business Development Manager or similar role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Adaptability
Strong attention to detail
Creativity and writing skills
Preferably Female
