Inside Sales Associate | New Business Accounts  

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be tasked to be the support of various sales and administrative projects for select GetCre8ive products. Here you will be responsible for maintaining consistency in day-to-day operations, as well as keeping organized and orderly records. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as an Inside Sales Associate, you will serve as the mainline support of the sales and marketing team.

Sales Functions

• Qualify leads assigned on a daily basis and update information on database as necessary.
• Consistently answer phones promptly to ensure customers receive timely service and attempts to direct the customer to the appropriate sales person to assist them with sales queries.
• Retains and profitably grows new business sales (run-rate business) through proactive management of assigned potential customer relationships.
• Penetrates assigned accounts by:
  • selling new or additional products or
  • services to current buyers; and/or
  • finding additional buyers within the existing customer location; and/or
  • selling to additional customer locations.
• Works all aspects of the sales process, taking support lead from immediate supervisor on solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
• Proactively manages customer’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through lead generation activities including but not limited to email blasts, events, and the like client engagement activities.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

• Four-year college degree from a reputable college/university (preferred undergraduate courses: Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy) or working experience equivalent;
• 2 to 5 years sales experience, experience in media and marketing is a plus;
• Mac/PC proficiency, experience managing sales functions through CRM and Hubspot is a plus;
• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time;
• Ability to prioritize own workload;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
