Job Description
- Plan and conduc ethnographic/field research, surveys, competitive usability analyses, card sorts, Agile testing.
- Work with business representatives and team members to test business requirements using heuristic/qualitative methods.
- Determine user needs by conducting task-focused analyses.
- Report research findings and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with UX and UI designers in supporting data-driven design decisions.
- Participate in design thinking based-sessions and conducting the user research.
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers.
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry’s standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in conducting customer research, communicating findings and driving actionable recommendations to implementation (1 year or more is a plus point).
- Solid knowledge of human-focused design, UX research methods, experimental design, observational and field methods.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and execute usability tests and other UX research, analyze data and provide specific, prioritized recommendations.
- Knowledge of current and emerging web and mobile technologies and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Knowledge of web analytics, customer satisfaction, NPS and similar CX metrics.
- Experience using common research tools including remote research and survey tools.
