Business Development Associate  

The Business Development Associate is critical in assisting the Business Development Head in growing the company's business size and profitability by:

• Closing new business deals by aligning prospective clients' requirements vis a vis the company's solutions; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Responsible for generating leads and building a database of prospects.
• Identifies and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending a response to client requirements.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Responsible for client management during pitch creation (brand briefing, send-out of questionnaire, coordination for requirements needed by the pitch team) and before turn-over to the campaigns team.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by analyzing the strategic value of the potential client vis-a-vis organization’s goals & realities; examining risks and potentials; estimating client’s needs and goals.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Excellent in Communication and Presentation
• Strong Selling and Negotiating Skills
• Digital Marketing Knowledge (i.e. Social Media Management, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, SEO) and Technical knowledge
• Experience in handling P&L responsibility
• Proficient in Sales Planning
• Solid Entrepreneurial Mindset / Business-OrientedExtroverted & Outgoing
• Proficient at Powerpoint, Excel, Word
• Graduate of Business Management or any related course from a reputable college or university
