Job Description
- The Deputy Manager will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of our companies. The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy, analyses and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization.
- The Deputy Manager will ensure our companies have the cash and liquidity to meet its obligations, will be involved in securing credit from banks and other sources, tax, HR and compliance matters.
- The Deputy Manager will be an official point of contact for all financial matters. This role will act as a deputy of the Finance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in a finance role.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant License is required.
- Preferably with Auditing experience.
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
- Strong experience in income statement analysis
- Prepare monthly financial analysis and provide validation and business solutions to help the management committee in its decision making
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
- Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole;
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
