Job Description
- Maintaining the database with a focus on data accuracy.
- Creation of ad hoc reports on CRM data and improvement of required reports.
- Data preparation/transformation and uploading of external data to the CRM software/platform.
- Generation of reports required.
- Must recommend retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to post-event analysis.
- Needs to have a detailed understanding of how CRM database work, and be able to use them strategically to deliver business value.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred courses: BS degree in any of the following fields – IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration/Management or equivalent;
- Intermediate to advance working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables and formulas);
- Experience in creating reports from scratch;
- Experience in customer segmentation processes;
- Must have a minimum of 2-years experience in CRM database administration;
- Meticulous and extremely detail oriented;
- Results-driven with a strong ability to produce deliverables accurately, timely and efficiently;
- Analytical with the ability to organize and scrutinize large quantity of data, interpret metrics and derive actionable insights to be used by the Campaign Management Team.
