Job Description

An Inside Sales Representative will help the Sales and Marketing Department in achieving its goal of spreading the value of spatial technology in transforming businesses. An Inside Sales Representative will also drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and quote requests to maintain and expand customer relationships with existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client database.
  • Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead and marketing team.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries.

Minimum Qualifications

  • One to three years of direct work experience in sales or telesales capacity.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Pleasant personality and good telephone handling skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.
  • Familiarity with online channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels.
