Marketing Communications Officer  

We are recruiting for a creative, driven and ambitious Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team in transforming the logistics scene in the Philippines.

In this role you will spearhead the crafting and delivery of our online presence and marketing strategy together with our sales team. Day-to-day you will be responsible for producing high-quality, informative publications, responding to press and media enquiries, organising events and communications campaigns, managing and improving digital communications, all the while keeping our customers, employees and stakeholders at the centre of what you do.

The ideal candidate will have experience in directing and designing marketing campaigns and creating an online presence. You will come equipped with a thorough knowledge of standard marketing principles but also the creativity and daring to create new principles for diverse markets. You have the ability to write compelling statements for a wide variety of audiences; a proven track record of producing effective customer communications; and experience of running successful marketing and engagement campaigns through a number of channels, including digital media.

Minimum

• 1-year experience in a marketing & communications role
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain online presence through SEO, FB, and other channels
• Experience handling and running events, including management of sponsorships, booths, expos, conferences, etc...
• Some experience with a variety of promotional methods including managing press and media relations, customer campaigns, radio and TV. advertisements
• Passionate and ambitious about taking a leading role in crafting an online identity for a fast growing logistics start-up.

Preferred

• Experience with freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management
• Experience with conducting basic market surveys
