Job Description
- Oversee a team of junior and senior officers.
- Resolve complaints/customer issues.
- Supervise and assist in training.
- Assess the quality of telephone handling skills of customer service skills and provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
- Hold briefing sessions to ensure agents are aware of the quality objectives of the department.
- To effectively carry out and handle bomb threat calls according to existing procedures in the event of being faced with such scenarios.
- Other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned any time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in Travel/Sales account or Travel agency is preferred for this position
- Minimum diploma with at least 2 years experience in Team Lead/Supervisory role in Customer Service particularly in Travel/Hospitality environment
- SME experience in a BPO/CALL CENTER environment handling Travel/Sales account
- Experience in providing direct coaching and mentoring a team of staff (minimum team size of 10)
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, verbal and written skills)
- Customer focused, team orientation, people management skills and results oriented
- Must have good working attitude and a good team player
- Flexible and diplomatic in handling complaints/customer issues
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Good leadership skill
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and on public holidays
- Willing to work in Pasay City
