- To assist the Team in achieving the goals to meet customer satisfaction
- Help to achieve the Sales and Profit based on target set by the company
- Responsible in SO processing/ Customer Purchase Order
- Delivery management for customer orders
- In-charge for monitoring of Inventory level and Forecast management of assigned customers
- Helps accounts receivables collectability and ensure on-time payment of customers
- Maintains complete and proper documents filing
- Preparation of reports when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate (any course)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Must possess good communication skills
- With Positive attitude, Matured, Flexible and Fast Learner
- Work-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- With at least six (6) months Customer Service experience in the field of Electronics and Semiconductor will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Import/Export, PEZA and Freight processing are required.
