- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Engr for further development and closure.
- Help other Gennex Sites for SEMICON business opportunities.
- Work to achieve set goals and targets in accordance to KPI.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female, A graduate of Engineering (Preferably ECE, EE, ME, IE)
- Familiar in Semicon Assembly and Test Process
- At least 2 years background in Semicon or in Sales
- Candidate with experience in Sales is an added advantage
- Must be able to work with minimum guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and with the ability to describe technically complex concepts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Systematic, responsible, creative and willing to accept continuous learning
- Willing to travel internationally if required
- Driving License is required
- Applicants residing in Southern Luzon area will be preferred
