Job Description
- Supervises human resources programs and policies including staffing/recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and health and safety programs.
- Familiar with the various facets of human resources, its concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on mature disposition and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- With 1-3 years of related work experience in the field of people management/human resources.
- Place of work will be at the corporate office located at Detroit St., Cubao, Quezon City.
