Job Description
What is the role?
As our Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of our growing beverage business and team. Your duties will include:
- Providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and profitability of our beverage business.
- Managing the business development team including the following:
- Training
- Performance management
- Mentorship of staff
- Creating business unit budget, sales forecasts, and production plans.
- Managing a limited number of key accounts.
- Producing regular reports and reviewing category performance with leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and who has exceptional organizational, communication and analysis skills that can grow with our company. Other qualifications are as follows:
- At least 7 years work experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
- Preferably with experience in the following:
- Management
- Market analysis
- Expertise in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) / Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Preferably knowledgeable in NetSuite.
- Excited about the prospect of working independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
