Job Description
As our Operations and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the quality assurance function of our business side. This may include the following responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve all quality concerns.
- Build systems and processes related to quality assurance.
- Audit suppliers and manufacturing plant
- Ensure regulatory compliance with the relevant agencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Skills or experience related to food technology and/or quality assurance.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in at least one of the domains specified.
- Previous experience in the beverage/water industry and Netsuite is a plus
- Exceptional multitasking, communications, and project management skills.
- Passion for the GenerationHOPE mission.
- Must be willing to do minor field works (plant visits and supplier audits)
- Excited about the prospect of operating independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
