Job Description
- Lead the development of an evidence-based SBC strategy, tailored according to existing strategies implemented by the Aling Tinderas
- Facilitate the Aling Tindera FGDs to collect insights, experiences, and trends in current engagements and marketing strategies practiced by the Aling Tinderas
- Assist Community-based Market Development Coordinators, Community-based Market Development Supervisor, and Marketing Consultant in tailoring the Market Development Strategy per Aling Tindera context, available resources, and level of community engagement
- Ensure that ATs maintain approved branding in their site of operations
- Teach and guide ATs in developing low-cost SBC and marketing communication materials in support of their community-based market development strategy
- Teach and assist ATs in delivering dynamic presentations and facilitating small-group discussions with potential clients to promote waste segregation and recovery of recyclables
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in sustainability
- Must have experience handling a team
- Strong people management and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in environmental sustainability or plastic processing projects is an advantage
- Ammenable to do fieldwork
- Strong attention to detail, able to multitask, ability to sell an idea
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and achieve results through collaborations
- Have strong database management and analytical skills
- Own transportation (motorcycle) is highly preferred
- Must share in Hope's shared mission of making plastic neutrality a reality
- Work arrangement will be a fixed-term (1 year)
