Job Description
The role:
The Systems and Business Process Officer is responsible for driving process improvement, issue resolution, and provide problem solving support to HOPE’s business processes to create the best possible customer experience in the most efficient manner.
- Manage HOPE’s order-to-cash process and other future business process projects (e.g. procure-to-pay, record-to-report, analytics).
- Gather information on current issues with HOPE’s business processes.
- Prepare and implement tactical strategies in managing workload and capacity of teams within the organization.
- Design, evaluate, recommend business systems, processes, reports, and forms.
- Collect feedback on process performance; Identify and continuously improve processes and systems for the entire HOPE enterprise for operational efficiency and standardization.
- Act as HOPE’s NetSuite subject-matter expert; Work with internal teams in any NetSuite customization requirements.
- Act as first level support and primary contact-person of our vendors for any platform or systems related trainings, inquiries, or concerns.

- Must have completed a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any related courses
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience doing process improvement in multinational companies and/or shared services
- Has good grasp on how ERP or similar systems work
- Excellent communication skills; Can communicate clearly and understand internal and external customer’s concerns
- Effective problem-solving skills, decision making and time management skills
- Demonstrates growth mindset and hunger for learning
