Job Description
The Accounting and Admin Associate is responsible for providing General Accounting, Treasury and Legal Compliance support to the sales team.
Treasury
- Schedule and follow-up collections
- Preparation of statement of account
General Accounting
- Sales order management
- Preparation of collections report
Legal Compliance
- Filing of all government contributions/compliance (BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig)
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for Accounting and Admin Associates to support our growing sales team.
Who you are:
- Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related courses
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Accounting and Finance Associate in the FMCG
- Must have experience in Treasury, General Accounting and Legal Compliance
- Excellent communication skills; approachable and can work well with others.
- Adept in using MS Excel and knowledgeable in using Netsuite, ERP or any similar software
- Highly independent and plug-and-play
