Job Description
- Must be comfortable to do sales and fieldwork
- Seek out leads from branch of assignment
- Educate and advice clients on education planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and pension plans
- Guide individuals, businesses, and families in selecting the most appropriate life insurance policies
- Offer traditional life, and variable universal life, health, disability, and long term care insurance
- Offer and sell insurance policies to potential clients
- Process applications of potential clients
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Answer client inquiries
- Assist clients in servicing policy amendments or surrenders
- Assist beneficiaries regarding claims
Successful candidates will be trained and developed to become licensed and professional BDO Life Financial Advisors, responsible for providing financial planning services to a cluster of BDO branches armed with BDO Life's competitive line of insurance products and services.
BDO Life is a subsidiary of BDO Unibank, Inc.
Minimum Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably with at least 1 year of work experience
- Candidates who:
- have a positive academic and/or work track record
- are ready to be trained and mentored to be an expert in the field
- have great communication skills and sincerely enjoy talking to different people every day
- are confident and comfortable in building and managing relationships
- Preferably, candidates who are willing to work in any the following Makati, Greenhills and Ortigas Area.
