Job Description

GeiserMaclang Marketing Communications Inc. (GMCI) is looking for a passionate, highly-skilled and highly-driven Social Media Community Manager who will:

  • Assist with the creation and conception of social media strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret the direction of strategies or plans spearheaded by the creative leads.
  • Ensure that the community complies with the set digital strategy
  • Support overall brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage social media accounts of clients.
  • Write engaging social media copy and do minor Photoshop work for contents of calendars.
  • Build relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring brand consistency by working closely with clients and other internal business units.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Create social media reports for the clients.

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for a top-notch job holder who has the following qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Communications or relevant courses
  • Industry/work experience of 6 - 12 months.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Basic Photoshop skills.
  • Unquestionable time management skills, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
  • Highly creative.
  • Knowledgeable in customer service and relations management.
  • Social media savvy.
