Job Description
  • Receives and processes payment requests
  • Encodes payment requests as accounts payable in the accounting system
  • Maintains vendor subsidiary ledgers
  • Maintains client project ledgers
  • Ensures timely payment of accounts payable
  • Prepares accounts payable-relevant reports needed for management decision-making
  • Prepares accounts payable-relevant reports needed for financial reporting
  • Processes replenishment of petty cash fund
  • Encodes cash disbursements including but not limited to payment to vendors
  • All other tasks related to accounts payable
